BCCSA has demonstrated effectiveness in producing outcomes in the lives of low-income people and the neighborhoods in which they live. The agency has contributed to low-income neighborhoods by promoting advocacy, hiring low-income clients to our staff, and implementing Result Oriented Management Accountability (ROMA) agency-wide.
Applicants must live within Bradley County for all programs.The agency does however own several rental units in McMinn County.Eligible residents must meet the Federal Income Guidelines and other program criteria prior to approval of assistance. All assistance is one-time only per year, which begins July 1 through June 30 of the following year.
