Cleveland Bradley Housing Corporation

In 1993, Bradley Cleveland Community Services Agency formed Cleveland Bradley Housing Corporation, a 501c3 non-profit that manages 46 safe, affordable rental units for low-income families.

Cleveland Bradley Housing Corporation is a certified Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO), an adopter of the National Industry Standards for Homeownership Education and Counseling, and a strong partner of the Tennessee Housing Development Agency.

Safe and affordable housing is essential to building healthy families and communities.  Services for securing and stabilizing housing are available to first-time home buyers, homeless families and individuals, tenants, and those families and individuals at risk of homelessness.

In 2023, Cleveland Bradley Housing Corporation was awarded a HOME grant in 2023 to help low to middle-income families achieve the goal of home ownership. Interested persons should call (423) 479-4111 for more information.
