Bradley Cleveland Community Services Agency (BCCSA) was established in 1976 as a public, non-profit Community Action Agency for Bradley County, Tennessee. BCCSA currently administers 15 programs, manages three 501c3 organizations and employs a staff up to 100 persons.

Services for securing and stabilizing housing are available to first time home buyers, homeless families and individuals, tenants and those families and individuals at-risk of homelessness.
The Emergency Services program is designed to provide short-term assistance to low-income households that have immediate needs with an essential item (shelter, utilities, water, clothing, food, transportation, etc.)
We provide home-delivered nutritious meals, congregate meals, outreach, nutrition education, supportive services, and recreational activities for individuals age 60 and older.
Cleveland Bradley Housing Corporation, Cleveland Emergency Shelter, Inc., and the Bradley County Committee on Aging, Inc. are subsidiaries of Bradley Cleveland Community Services Agency. BCCSA’s annual operating budget for Fiscal Year 2023 was little more than $3,000,000 and the agency provides assistance to nearly 7,000 low-income individuals annually.
